We are a volunteer fire department with 19 firefighters, two stations… three trucks located in our Scraper Station and three plus an airboat in our Steely Hollow Station. We serve as a primary response department for the Illinois River, and Highway 10 from Tahlequah north. In addition to providing fire protection and river rescue service we also work in cooperation with the two county ambulance services
